Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through Impala Holidays via our official website, authorized agents, or in person.
- A deposit of [insert amount or percentage] is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Full payment must be received no later than [insert number] days before the tour departure date.
- If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.
2. Cancellations by the Customer
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or in person.
- Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- More than 60 days before departure: 10% of total cost.
- 30–59 days before departure: 25% of total cost.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
- Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of total cost.
3. Cancellations or Changes by Us
- We reserve the right to cancel or alter tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient participant numbers.
- In such cases, you may choose to:
- Receive a full refund.
- Transfer to another tour of equal or lesser value.
- Receive a credit valid for 12 months.
4. Travel Insurance
- Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. It should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and personal liability.
- Proof of insurance must be provided before departure.
5. Health, Fitness & Medical Conditions
- It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit and capable of participating in the tour.
- You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
6. Passport, Visa & Entry Requirements
- You are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and up to date.
- We are not liable for any issues arising from improper documentation.
7. Liability & Responsibility
- Impala Holidays shall not be liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by third-party providers or beyond our reasonable control.
- Participation in adventure activities carries inherent risks. By joining our tours, you accept full responsibility for these risks.
8. Conduct & Behavior
- We reserve the right to refuse service or remove a participant from the tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or offensive to others.
- No refunds will be given in such cases.
9. Use of Images
- We may use photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in writing before the tour.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of [insert country/state] and any disputes shall be resolved in its courts.
