The... read more kili team was amazing, my guides Majali and Kevin were 10/10, food was delicious and the porters are absolute machines. The trek was one of the highlights of my life.
Daudi was very responsive to all of my questions before the tour. He ensured I was picked up safely and transported to his hotel where I was looked after before and after the hike.
The one hickup that everyone should know, is that US dollar bills are NOT excepted if printed before 2013. I was not notified of this and it caused me a lot of stress, time and money withdrawing the remaining balance in tanzanian shillings.
The rentals that we were given were in bad shape as well. I froze in the sleeping bag that was clearly very old with a broken zipper.
Ensure if you are renting a sleeping bag that it is in good condition and had a good rating.
The other recommendation I have is ask for the private toilet! The public toilets were absolutely disgusting. Clearly other hikers thought so too because there is an insane amount of human waste on the trail.

All in all it was amazing and I recommend booking with Impala Holidayss.

That way we he had more time to enjoy both on sepperate days. We really enjoyed both. What impressed me were the colours of the maji moto, because they really didn't come short to the expectations we had from pictures we saw beforehand.
The guide was very nice, driving sefely and the communication was very easy!
